Controlled Engineering Solutions Company, or rather CESCO, was founded for the sole purpose of delivering sustainable solutions to the industry.

Through our Green Initiative we strive to minimize our carbon footprint, but at the same time maximize our customer support.
Our Bearing Protection range is a case in point. 

One other major factor is that we are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to critical equipment breakdown. We will invent a solution to perform onsite repairs, solely for minimizing your downtime.

Our management is hands on, this means that, no matter what, a senior member or two will always be involved.

Skills development.

• We are committed to pass on our skills to the younger generation, ensuring that our skills will always be alive and well.
• As of this year we will endeavor to employ young mechanical engineers to learn the "tricks of the trade". 
• This will not only enhance their academic achievements, but also expose them to real life problem solving.
• We believe that young engineers with these added skills will become sought after later in their career.
